Tier 4 Visa rejected, please help!!!

Post by virtous1979 » Sat Apr 02, 2011 3:12 pm

Dear All,

Can any one please advise me what gonna happen next; my Tier 4 application has returned invalid because they said that my appeal for Tier 1 HS (Post Study) is still pending in court. But I have already Withdraw my appeal and court has sent me a confirmation letter for that as well. Court told me that they will let UKBA know about my appeal withdrawal themselves.

UKBA has already deducted fees from my account and I have give my biometric prints as well as per their initial letter.

so what should I do now with Tier 4 application? my visa is already expired on 29 Nov 10 and I had to take my Appeal back from Tribunal as I am still waiting for ratification for my results from University.

Thanks for your advices!!!

Write to UKBA informing them of the fact and provide a copy of the confirmation letter from the court.

If you have the details of the caseworker, write / email / fax to the caseworker. Ask for the same form (and documentary evidences) to be accepted as "valid" and enquire where to (re)send the form and documents.

It is a different matter though that your out-of-time application (Tier 4) may be refused by UKBA - for other reasons.
Life isn't fair, but you can be!
