Tier 2 visa Sponsorship query

Hello,

I will transfer from PSW to Tier -2 visa (sponsorship).
I tried to find code of conduct for my work title but I couldn't.
1. I am working as a Quality Auditor in food industry, May I know what could be the nearest code of conduct for the same?

2. What would be minimum per annum salary requirement?

3. I will be earning minimum 20k per annum from mid of july and my visa is expiring in mid of january, will it be a problem if one of my salary slip will show salary below 20k ?

I shall be very thankful for kind reply.

I may be wrong, but check if Quality Assurance Manager is the closest to your current job title.

You dont have to show earnings before, Your employer has to show you're earning the correct amount mentioned in the code of practice by the time of the application.
