Tier 2 Visa

Hi

I have submitted my application online for a Skilled work visa on 15/7/21 (Thursday). However, I am not able to complete or book an appointment. Every time, when I try to book an appointment, I get an error message “page cannot be displayed “I called the support team and they asked me to send an email with the Screenshot I sent on 20/7/21. On 27/7/21 they replied has a team working on it.

Is it a possible way to book my appointment

Please advise
