TIER 2 VISA TIMELINE AFTER HOME OFFICE INTERVIEW

Hi Everyone,
Can anyone help me to answer, when i can expect the visa decision. As it been more then 4 months i have applied for my tier 2 visa application with 2 dependents (wife + baby).
Application date: 22 DEC 2023
BIO: 18 JAN 2024
EMAIL RECEIVED FOR INTERVIEW 12 FEB 2024
INTERVIEW: 11 MARCH 2024

Interview was good mostly related regarding job as i am doing this job with same employer for 1 and half year. Can anyone let me know when i can receive decision for my application. As its stressful for me its already been 4 months now. or is there any way so i can followup my visa application?

Are you in the U.K. under a visa that lets you work? Guessing graduate visa?
Is the role you were performing in the care sector- if so then I suggest you check the sponsor register to see if the sponsor is still listed.

Otherwise it is just a case of waiting, I suspect there is or was an issue with the sponsor as it is taking so long.

Yes i am in UK And i am currently on graduate visa.
My role is as office manager and i am working with this company from Nov 2022.
My sponsor got license in Nov 2023 and its was companies 1st visa application. As i am still waiting for my decision but after my application company got 2 visa approved.

Is MP can help me to faster process or any other option available?

MP with all due respect will be sent a standard letter basically saying “thank you for your query and the case is ongoing”
It will not speed up your case.
Where the other two visas for different roles?

YES THE OTHER 2 VISA WERE FOR DIFFERENT JOB ROLE.
SO ANY IDEA HOW MUCH MAXIMUM TIME THEY CAN TAKE?

There is no maximum, if it was to go beyond 6 months then it would not be considered unreasonable.
