Tier 1 visa timeline- suggestions please

Hello friends,

I just wanted to ask how long is it taking now a days for hsmp to be approved by home office, i understand that it depends upon individual cases, and have seen in the forum that they got it in 4-6 weeks.

My timeline is-

Date application posted- 3rd March,2011
Date payment debited - 9th March
Payment mode - debit card
Date of biometric enrolment - 11th March-Post office
Date passport / BRP received - Awaiting

Its been 8 weeks now and i havnt heard fom homeoffice, neither have my clients or my employer.

I was wondering, if there is any one in the forum, whose hsmp has taken so long, or who have got it after 3rd March. As i said i understand that it depends on individual cases. However, valuable suggestions would be appreciated. Its just that my visa is about to expire soon, so am getting more eager now.
