1 yr tier 2 visa with 6 months job offer...help

Hi, I am going to finish my 6 months job in july, this month, according to contract with my sponsor. I could not manage aother job yet.But i have another 6 month in visa.I am still trying to manage another job.

My question is how long i will be able to stay in this country if could not manage job by this month?

Is it possible to transfer into another visa from tier 2?
