Tier 2 Visa withdrawal - Urgent

Post by baburao.rame » Sat Dec 21, 2013 4:54 am

Hi All,

Need your urgent help with regard to the withdrawal of my Tier 2 visa application. My sponsor company called me 10 days after applying for my visa saying there is a mistake in the CoS and I should withdraw my visa application immediately . They will re- issue a new CoS and I shall re apply later again.

Question
(1) I have applied for withdrawal 10 working days since my application was submitted . Till now , I have not received any status update of my Visa.
Will my application be withdrawn now ?

(2) Can I re apply for my visa immediately if its withdrawn or in case of Visa refusal ?

(3) In this case the issue happened because of the sponsor company's mistake on CoS ( The sponsor company is A rated ) . Will it affect my 2nd attempt of visa application ?

Thank you and waiting for your response

-Rane

Hi All,

I got my documents back from British High Commission today.

Here is the process of withdrawal if it helps some one...

(1) There is a form at the VFS office , which is addressed to the British high commission . You need to give your passport numbers for your and your dependents and Reason for the withdrawal.

(2) Also you need to submit a letter on A4 sheet addressing it to the British high commission stating the reason for the withdrawal .

Thanks
-Rane
