Tier1 - Dependant - Proof of Earning - Suggestions

Can the seniors please provide information on what documents LTD Company contractors need to submit for tier1 dependant visa.

Is it mandatory that tier1 migrant needs to be working to apply for a dependant visa??

What do we think will happen(in if we show the below documents??

Tier1 migrant passport/visa photocopy
Dependant Application form filled in with relevant fees
3 months bank statements showing money =£533 (I am living on Tier1 for the past 1.5yrs, been to India in between for a couple of months though)
Marriage Certificate
Engagement, Marriage Photos (3-4)
Gmail printouts for the last 3months that we are in constant touch

Do we really need to show that we are working here in UK and do we need to have tenancy agreement???

Please give some advise
