Tier1 - Dependent - Can I apply

Dear All,

If I get Tier1 visa, can I apply for the dependent, while being in india itself after getting visa?

Any official link confirming this? please let me know.

I have applied for my Tier one process. I want to know if postal savings MIS would be accepted as funds or not? Please let me know.

I can address second question easily. Answer is No. You need only cash in your bank account.
