Tier1 Dependent visa sponsorship by Contractor

Hello everyone,
I am working as an IT contractor and have my own Limited Company. I would like to sponsor a Tier 1 visa for my wife. Can anyone let me know what all documents I should submit to prove my income? As you may be knowing, the salary drawn is based on minimum wages and the rest is taken out as dividend.
