Hi Guys,

What would be best option to go for IT Developer?


I am on PSW and working on permanent role in a IT company. My company is ready to sponsor visa for me.

But i m in dilemma. which one to go with ?

For Tier 2 G , in future If my company says, this role not required , i need to find other sponsor , which is big headache.
For Tier 1 E , we can't do permanent jobs, not sure we get contract job or not.. also don't' know UK BA approves Tier 1 E application or not.

Any suggestions please.
