tier1 entrepreneur PSW refused-245DD(h)-URG HELP

dear all
my friends application for tier1 entrepreneur visa PSW route was refused
applied on 24012013 (BEFORE RULE CHANGE ON 31/01/2013-GENUINITY)
refusal 28082013
hearing in april 2nd week

my friend applied as a tier 1 entrepreneur refused with reason as sshd was not satisfied with reference to paragraph 245dd (h) on balance of probabilities
5 page refusal letter
scored 0 for appendix A out of 75
business not genuine
source of funds questioned

Have the following request
please share experience of refusal with same reason and appeal
please share legal representative contact details who has won appeal for entrepreneur visa
any kind of advise would help

Can you please elaborate more of your friend's refusal so i can give you better advice.

it is a 8 page refusal letter
however highlights are

that the application was tailored to meet criteria

under balance of probability UKBA doubt
-genuinely business has been established and continue to operate that business as required by table4 appendix A IMMIGRATION RULES
-genuinely intend to invest the money referred to in table 4 of appendix A OF IMMIGRATION RULES
-do not intend to take employment in the UK other than under the terms of paragraph 245 DE

on refusal you do not get passport

U will get back ur passport, If your visa is valid

"Visa application was tailored to meet criteria"
This statement cannot stand in court because it's based on assumptions. Not fact. More importantly, all successful applications are also "tailor made" to meet criteria for Tier 1 Entrepreneur.

You need to mention each point clearly. Don't mention the laws which they state in refusal. Mention the words they have used to refuse you.
