Tier1 extension and business trips

I received my visa on 10/2010 so i will have to extend it on 10/2012.

I will star my new job tomorrow where i will need to travel alot around EU.

Can you please tell me if that will affect my eligibility to extend my visa?

If it is business trip and you will be paid salary in UK, it is ok. These days are not counted in "days out of UK" when applying for ILR. No problem for extension.
