Tier1 (G) Extension - Contractor LTD Company

Post by rajesh9pl » Mon Jan 23, 2012 9:55 pm

Hi all,

Based on this thread.

http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=91617

12 months Salary slips and dividend vouchers (Signed by accountant)

I am trying to understand, should an accountant sign Salary slip and Dividend vouchers? Both are issued by Employer i.e. LTD company. Shouldn't be both on signed and stamped by LTD company.

Please share your knowledge and experience on this.

Many thanks,
Rajesh

Accountant should not sign Salary slip and Dividend vouchers.
They can write a letter stating the earnings claimed but not sign/approve Salary slip and Dividend vouchers.

If you want signed and stamped Salary slip and Dividend vouchers, As a Director you should self sign and put a stamp of your LTD company.

The accountant can sign and stamp salary slips and dividend vouchers as a certification that they are authentic. I - as the director of the limited company - also signed and stamped the payslips and vouchers.

This is what I did for my recent application.
