Tier1 extention- change of circumstances

Hi

I am planning to apply for extension Tier1 visa however I am confused as what document should be included with my application. I was married when I was granted Tier1 visa however marriage ended in divorce back home after few weeks when i left UK. I was unaware of change of circumstances form so that i didn send my updated marital status information to home office. I returned and started working here and now my extension is due, please advise do I have to submit change of circumstances form or any document other then divorce certificate. thx.

Many thanks for your reply. Do i need to submit "Change of circumstances" form along with my application. Since i didnt submit form when my relationship broke down, will I be asked that why didn't I submit earlier.

It is up to you when you wish to inform them - now / immediately or at the time of extension application.

Don't worry!. They won't question you, and when you inform them will have bearing on your extension application.
