Tier1 form - Salary section query

Hello,

Could you please help me understand which of the following should I take into account for my salary.
The following are the snip of my payslips any help is much appreciated, thank you so much in advance.

Salary : 4000
unpaid Hol : -2400
Total Pay: 1763
Net Pay : 1455


month2
Salary : 2800
Total Pay: 2800
Net Pay : 2200
