Tier1- General- dependant visa ---- Urgent

I currently on Tier1 General visa since 15.March.2011 (Previously on Post study work permit visa in Uk), I would like to apply for the Tier1 General Dependant visa for my wife in india in April-2012.

I would like to know the information of " evidence of funds maintanance" in UK.

As per the guidance notes "VAF.10" - If the main applicant has been in the UK for less then 12 months then he has to show the statements of £1600 for 90 days and If the main applicant has been in the UK for more then 12 months then he has to show the statements of £533 for 90 days.

I will be completing 12 months on Tier1 general visa by 15.March.2012, and I would like apply for the tier1 General dependant visa in April-2012. for this application should i maintain the £533 or £1600 for 90 days, please confirm ASAP.

clearly saying - at the time of application i will be completing 12 months on tier1 general visa, for this should i show the bank statements of 1600 pounds or 533 pounds for 90 days. but the statements i will be showing are jan, feb, Mar - 2012 which are the months less than 12 months of my stay in uk on tier1 general visa.
