I attended an interview at Birmingham PEO on 16/02/2010. Due to some reasons they could not stamp my Passport/visa on the same day.
They asked to collect all my Docs yesterday i.e 17/02/2010.
Now on my passport/visa stamp it says
Valid Until : 16/02/2013
Date of issue: 17/02/2010
Type of Permit: Tier1 General Migrant
Does it have any problem when I apply for ILR. Because in this visa it's not covering 3 yrs or do they do it by calender months.
How to check it if I am safe.
