Hello Fellow boarders and seniors..
With due respect, i would like to put my case infront of you with your valuable comments and suggestions i will decide how to go ahead..
I am currently on WP due to expire in Apr09, company is in the process of getting Sponser licence and than renew my WP(TIer2-General).. but my current WP expiry in Apr09 very near and company still not having Sponserlicence is a little worry to me, if i will not be left with time to apply for tier1 in the last moment...
But, because of i am adequately qualified for Tier1-General, i was/am thinking to apply for Tier1 as i read/suggested in this forum that i can still work with the same employee in the same way as i am working now without any difference...
But, recently i found that my company may plan for an inter company transfer to other european country in next 6-9months time..
So, my QUESTION is if i switch now from WP --> Tier1 general and continue to work and after 9months if the company wanted to ICT (inter company transfer) to other country (for ex. in europe or US or canada) (EDITED)
WILL i be eligable for the inter company transfer to other country (EDITED) from my TIer1(General) or will it cause problem for my future?
Because as per intercompany transfer rule the employee should be working in the same company for atleast 6months before ICT but me being in Tier1(G) will there be any problem caused to me for the transfer??
Any detailed information this will be highly appreciated..
