Tier1 ILR Additional Documents Request

Obviously i am running genuine business, thats why i m worried WHY there is a delay

I am getting different opinions

Few are saying delays are not good, and that is bad sign

And few are saying there must be other applications and load on home office this is why there are taking time,

I really dont know how long they gunna take more time to decide?

Yes you have to answer such questions if they interview you as they ask every little question

When you apply for it, obviously you need to show what your job role is to them, and if they conduct interview they will definitely ask you about your role and your day to day activities as well as they will ask you about your employees activities

They have asked me and i have given them brief answer about my role and my employees role

Have you found out how many interviews were conducted in tier 1 ilr stage and when have they had their decision outcome?

In my case what do u reckon and other senior advisors please how long i keep in my mind about the decision date? its 2 months passed since interview and 38 working days passed in total

I have given 3 weeks to provide them,

I have submitted documents one day before the deadline,

Do you or anyone else know how long does it takes for the decision now?

Please remember i was asked for additional docs at first place which i submitted then i had interview request, interview held for 1hour 30mints then after 2months of waiting home office requested Again additional docs which provided very recently so now how long the decision takes please? Any roughly idea as per other people same experiences
