?! WP + Tier1 = ILR Requirements !?

Post by th » Sat Jun 27, 2009 2:12 am

Hi,

Two questions:

1. SET(O) states "For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 1 (General) migrant, documents showing that you
met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules.
", what kind of doc is it referring to the WP period? Employment letter or just the HO approval doc or P45/P60? I would prefer not to get the employment letter unless it is mandatory.

2. My WP was in-country from WHV back in 2002. HO WP approval letter dated 2nd Sept but stamp on passport had start date as 10th Sept. Is my 5-year clock starts from 2nd or 10th?

Many thanks!

Regards,

I think it started on the 10th Sept.
