TIER1 Refused, will it affect ILR?

Post by munisa » Fri Feb 06, 2009 7:57 am

Hi all, its my turn to seek your generous advice guys. I am on 5 yr WP from June04 to June09. In Nov 08 my relationship with my employer deteriorated so much to a level I thought they'd fire me. So I applied for TIER1 as a plan B, but as mainatnace funds was used to refuse the application.

Firstly, Am due for ILR application late May09 at PEO. Do you guys know if the refusal in Nov08 will affect this application? and
the second issue is if someone gets an appointment at the PEO, but cancells the appointment before attending, will it affect the outcome of a future appointment?
Thanx.

If you are still on a WP/visa then the refusal should have no bearing regarding your ILR eligibility.

Cancelling or not attending an appointment has no bearing on ILR.
