Tier1-Student loan

Hi,

I have a Tier-1 valid till dec 2012.. My wife also got tier-1 dependant visa...
She wants to study during this time... can she apply for student loan??
i.e via "http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/EducationAn ... /index.htm"???
