my name is kumar i am finishing my masters in melbourne by end of august.
i am planing to apply for tier 1(hsmp) from australia . my student visa is expiring by august ending . my gradution cermony is in month of october. i can stay here up to november on visitor visa. i am planing to lodge my application next month. if i returned back to india after lodging my application if my application is approved do i need to come back to melbourne for getting the stamping of visa or can i do it in india also . please provide me the necessary information. please let me know if any one applying from australia so that i can clear my doubts.and

Guess you don't believe in following suggestions / advice given to you!

Had you bothered to read the Tier 1 policy guidance (as was suggested to you before), you would have known that you have to submit your passport at the time of Tier 1 application so there is no possibility of you travelling /returning to India while your application is being considered by the BHC in OZ.

And please post your queries in the relevant discussion forum (this wasn't an immigration query, was it?).
