Tier2 and Other Work Permit Coexistence At The same time

Post by unluckily » Tue Jan 19, 2016 9:28 am

I am thinking to apply to Turkish Businessperson EEAC Visa and have a high chance of getting it. Is there anybody who really knows what is going to happen exactly in such a situation related to the below concern.

I have a T2 Visa valid until 2018. Assuming I got the Turkish Businessperson Visa is there any implication on my existing T2 Sponsored Visa? What is the Home Office implication on the old visa on such cases.

When I have my new Businessperson visa will I still be allowed to work for another 1 month (notice period) with the old T2 visa and so that I can resign from my current employer in an appropriate manner.

The possible reactions of my employer is out of scope of this question only wondering Home Office reaction and my legal situation in that case.

Any experience with similar Visa Switching (i.e. Tier2 to Tier1 entrepreneur) is welcomed to quote.

Thank you very much in advance
