You should not, in any circumstances write a lie on a visa application form. There are serious consequences, for example that could ban you entering in UK for 10 years in any category.
Now, coming to your question, you are talking about the question where it says "Have you made an application to the Home Office to remain in the UK in the last 10 years?"
Now, make it very clear that while you were in the UK under ICT visa in 2010, did you apply to extend it? that is what is asked here in this question. You got the ICT visa from India, so that does not fall under the ''"..an application to the Home Office to remain in the UK in the last 10 years?". So unless you have applied for an extension or switching to another category while in the UK on a visa, put the answer as 'NO'.
