Tier2 dependant - Child

Hi,

Can someone please help me.

I am filling tier2 dependant child application for my baby and I got few questions regarding that. Before that let me explain my situation. Baby is in My Home country since 2019 July and we both parents are here in UK. Baby is with my Mother and she is legal guardian there now. Baby born in Dec 2018 in UK. But she never had a UK visa. Now we are applying visas for my baby and mom (visit). Please help me someone.

1. Who is your parent or legal guardian who has given consent for you to make this application? => do we need to give my mother’s name here or ours?

2. In the Declaration, it’s asking me to select one of 4 options which are,
i. I am the applicant aged 18 or over
ii. I am the applicant aged under 18
iii. I am the parent/legal guardian of the applicant who is aged under 18 and completing and submitting the application on their behalf.
iv. I am submitting the form on behalf of the applicant.
In the above list which one do I need to select. I feel except first one all other are suitable. If I select 3rd option then it asking me in what capacity are you representing the applicant and how you relate to the main applicant? Again here, do I need to give my details as parent or my mother as legal guardian/grandmother?

3. In the other documents section which I need to provide documents to Home office, it gave list of parent/legal consent letters to provide of authorisation etc. Here again do I need to give consent or my mother?

I am really confused and stuck. Please admins and others who have any information, please help me.
