Hi,
Any one know whom to approach if company is ready to offer you poistion without sponsor.Ay umbrealla company can help in such scenario.

this is not acceptable by any company in UK or other countries because sponsor license company can sponsor you with them responsibility. May be possible some license sponsor can ready but they will take more money in this case.

i think better you have to apply for tier 2 visa with only sponsor company. so you will be free from other tention in future
