Tier2 General visa extension

Hello All,

I am currently on my Tier2 General visa from Sep 2017 valid until July 2021.

1. Do I need to chose the PBS visa while extending?
2. Does it reset my clock to 0 for ILR?
3. With Tier2 General visa, I understand I can stay for a total of 6 years. How many more years can I extend my visa for after July 2021 with the new rules?

It would be very helpful if someone could please reply on this.
