Please consider that I first came in the UK in Jan'2010 on Tier2 ICT (Old Rules), got extensions and now going back in Jul' 2014 (since my Visa is going to Expire).
Please could you let me know that can I apply for a Tier2 General Visa (If I have a Sponsor in UK) from India sometime in Nov'2014 or I would come under 1 year cooling off period?
Please advise.
