Tier2 ICT dependent VISA requirements documents

Hi,

My wife had got Tier2 ICT in Oct 2012 for 1 yr. And i am planning to join her now in Mar/Apr 2013 on ICT dependent visa. What all the documents are needed ?
Is she need to show 600 pounds balance ? as she is on short term she is not paid salary rather she is on per diem.

And i am working in India. Not sure if i need to have No objection letter or Leave sanctioned letter along with my application ? I have this in email format will this be enough ?

Pls suggest it would help.
