Tier2 ICT

Hello,

I have entered UK in July 2010 in Tier 2 ICT established staff.
First extension in July 2011 till July 2013 with category Tier 2 ICT Long Term LTR.
Second extension in July 2013 till July 2015 in category Tier 2 ICT Long term LTR.

Please can you answer my questions below:
1. Can I apply for settlement in July 2015 as I complete 5 years in July next year?
2. Can I extend my visa next year in Tier 2 ICT category if my sponsor still needs me?
3. Can I convert my Visa from Tier2 ICT to Tier2 General if I have a sponsor different from current sponsor?

If I get a sponsor to convert my visa from Tier-2 ICT to Tier2 G, what will be the visa start date and duration? Does it have 6 years limit from initial ICT grant?
