Tier2 Skilled while Tier2 ICT application extension in progress

Hi all, my Tier2 ICT is due expiry this Aug2021, my employer is applying for extension and I am about to submit my application next week. If i hve given biometric for extension, and what if meantime I get a Tier2 Skilled visa CoS from new employer?? Can I submit this new Tier2 Skilled visa application, while my Tier2 ICT extension is in progress?

Or should I wait till i get new BRP of Tier2 ICT and then reapply for Tier2 Skilled visa with new employer??
