Tier2 (G) to Tier2(G) Change of employer

Hello Everyone.....

I want to know what is the process to change the employer ..from Tier2 General to Tier2 General. wht are terms n conditions to switch the employer and list of documents ? do my new employer need to do RLMT ? my current paysacle is 20500 NEW JOB PAY band starts from 21800.00 is the salary ok ?

Any suggestions plzz ..... :)
