Tier2 visa switch from home country

I underestand with new tier2Ict visa I can't switch companies within UK, if I have to then it must be after cooling period.

Can't I cancel my current icy visa , go back to my home country and process new fresh tier2 General visa application for new employer with new cos ?

Now that it is clear I have to adhere to this cooling Period.. I have one last question, can you please confirm if this is possible..

- I have a chances of getting a new offer from a different company in UK, due to cooling period conflict I will not be able to switch to them n UK. Since the new company which is offering me the JOB is MNC, they have there branches in my Home Country as well.

SO my question is :
Can I accept the new UK-Company Offer and get my salary in my UK-Bank Account and be deployed in other country for 12months, and after 12 months process my new tier2 visa under the same company and come back to UK and continue working for them...?
Since I will be getting my salary in UK but technically working outside UK... will there be problem in processing my new tier2 visa after 12months period cooling period....?

Please note, the offerLetter I will be receiving will state that I am employed by UK-Company and for initial 12months will be deployed in so and so branch i.e. I will be holding the UK company offer as proof of employment of 1year while applying for my new tier2general visa after 12months from now..!

This way I will be employed in the new company for 1year which is minimal requirement before any one sponsor the tier2 visa for its employee..

Given your HMRC records are checked by UKVI then what if fact you are doing is saying through your tax records you never left the UK.... This brings more problems than solutions.
I am also failing to see what advantage this suggestion achieves?
