TIER4 EXTENSION REFUSED, RE-APPL OR APPEAL/

hi, I made tier 4 application without bank statements writing them I can send statements as soon as I get thefunds in bank from my parents, in the mean time my statements are ready now, the applcation is refused, ukba allowed me to make an appeal or re-apply. I am confused abt that should I appeal or make a fresh application, my visa is already expired.can someone guide me plz

I would suggest you to make an appeal with your new bank statements. If you make a fresh application it will be considered as a application made out of time in other words application made after your current visa expired.

i dont think u will win your appeal too.. the judge will probably consider your bank documents as new evidence since u didn't originally submit it with your application..
