TIER4 SPONSORSHIP WITHDRAWN BY COLLEGE

Hello everyone

My tier 4 HTS sponsor has informed UKBA and withdrawn their sponsorship because of non payment of fees, I have got visa with the same sponsor until October 2012. I do not want to continue with the same sponsor actually.

My questions are:

1. Can I switch to different tier 4 HTS sponsor IN COUNTRY? or do I have to leave UK?

2. Does UKBA curtail visa immediately, or allow student 28 days/60 days?

Hi Pooja,

If you are a tier 4 student you can change to a sponsor with a Highly Trusted Sponsor.Please check the UKBA Website for more information

Within 60 days you need to change your college/Univ.Any questions,please contact the new college that you are going to join.Hopefully they can give the latest updated news from UKBA.
