In-time application without bank statement

Post by ice_breaker » Wed Jul 27, 2011 12:57 pm

hey ALL,

things have changed at my end and am planning to make a move back to UK and apply for PSW once i am in UK.

Dilemma, my visa expires end of sept 30/09/2011 and even if i transfer 800 pounds for maintainence fund to my lloyds account now i wont be covering 3 months period, i want to ask wether if i make an application before time so my application gets valid and later sent the bank statement. is that acceptable by HomeOffice.

Anyone had this experience. the thing is i could apply from here but i need to open my account and show 2800pounds fund and wait for 3 months but due to legal situation i cannot do it.

please suggest

you need to meet the rules on the date of the application and therefore if you have not had the funds for 3 months on the date of application you application will fall for refusal.

it is never advisable to overstay. why cant you wait and apply from your home country?
