Give yourself some more time so that you can mitigate any contingencies or delays you might have to face at the consulate. Thats just to play safe nothing else. I would think 3 days would be cutting it too close. Just my opinion though.

technically you can do that. but like mwasir says it would be cutting it too close. anything can happen b4 you submitt the application and you might end up putting yourself under undue pressure which may lead to you submitting an incorrect or improperly filed application

As I understand, the "3 month after approval letter" term is frozen when EC application received by consulate ?

So, even if they process it in 1 month time, it won't affect HO regulations concerning 3 month term ?
Good luck !

i dont get what you are trying to say there. but to put it simply, as i understand it anyway, if you get an approval letter from the HSMP pple today 19 november, then you have until 18 February to submit your application with Embassy.
I also think (based on what I have seen on this forum), that when you apply for that EC you can request anydate within 3 months from the day you apply to Embassy. I will try to get the links to the posts on which this was discussed
