time limit for staying abroad on limited leave to remian?

Hi

I am on a two and half years limited leave to remain, which was granted via 20 years private life in the UK route.work permited but no access to public fund.
I am wondering how many days I am allowed to stay outside UK in this statue?

Or perhaps everone could suggest some organiziations that offer free legal advice in London ?
