Time outside UK for ILR

Post by Skc84 » Wed Apr 30, 2014 4:48 pm

I am just doing up a spreadsheet to calculate days out side UK for my application

Could you please confirm if I have to include departure date (UK) and arrival date (UK)

For Example:

Departure date UK: 10/12/2012
Arrival date UK: 16/12/2012

Number of days column will have: 5 (in between days) ,6(excludes arrival date) or 7(includes both) ?

Using date calculator website.

Thanks

Upon calling ukba I was told that to count one of the days as being in the uk and the other one outside. Is there any direct link or documents which explains it on the .gov website ?
