'Timed out' before I could print FBR application

Hi there,
I recently applied for the Foreign Birth Registry but the tab 'timed out' before I could print or save my application. I paid for the application and I have a confirmation email with my application number but cannot find how to access the application to print and send with my supporting documents.
Can anyone help?

Maybe drop an email to fbr.urgentqueries@dfat.ie (taken from this thread - post2062433.html#p2062433) so you can at least get a refund or something?
