i got my psw today ..im so happy:) thanks to everyone who was helpful..although i wud say there werent many..my timeline as follows

APPLIED 29TH OCT
HO RECIEVED 30TH
VISA ISSUED 17th nov
recieved today 20th nov

Now its time for searching a proper graduate job and gather experience to take back home.. :)
