times of tier 2 general extension

Hi,
Is there any limit on number of times we can apply for extension under Tier2 general

I got Tier 2 general visa in 2009 for 2 years and got extension in April for another two years.
After two years can i apply for extension one more time? or Do I have to change employment to continue my stay in u.k.
