Tire 2 Skilled worker visa priority

Hi Every One !

I'm on Teir 2 General visa which is expiring on 10th of June 2022 and i got another COS from same employer . I've applied for extension as skilled worker visa accordingly using 5 days priority service . I've used a new Immigration ID Check app for biometric submission, which mean i haven't booked biometric appoint because of the app . I've applied of fri 29 apr 2022 . As i paid for 5 days priority service , but haven't received any response yet . Could anyone please advise on my query because anyway i still have leave to remain untill 10th of June 2022

The 5 working days starts from the working day after you finished uploading your documents through app. If it is indeed delayed, you can ask for a refund of priority fees after getting the decision. In the mean time, your leave is effectively extended until a decision is made so you can continue to work for your employer.

Thank you very much ..Visa granted finally .. and yes it was delayed response ..They replied after 6 working days .Shall i apply for refund or leave it ?

Why not? you are entitled.
