tire 4 to tire 2 change in visa

Hi all,
I am about to change the tire 4 status to T2(General). I am currently working in same company part time (as per tire 4 )

My questions are:

1. Do my company need to do labour market test ? or is it exempt from it my company say it is exempt!

2. I have "Bsc (hons) in applied accounting" from ACCA is this the recognised degree ? and will i be able to success by applying with this degree???
