Tire 1 Visa and Business visa

Hi,
i'm having uk Tier 1 visa and working for an indian company.
now the company want to send me to uk. but as per company rules they are not allowing to let me go on tier 1 visa and tehy want me to go on business visa.
if i get a business visa, will my tier 1 visa gets invalid ?
Please suggest me in this regards.

Don't loose your Tier-1. Try to negotiate and convince your project manager that you keeping tier-1 will save money to the company(business visa charges). Also make sure that that he understands that you do not intend to change employment once in UK.

there is recesson but still make sense
