tire1-dependant query - Contractor-Payslips- any suggestions

I am on Tier1 General Visa and doing IT Contracting for the last 1yr. Got own LTD company. I am getting married in Jan 2012 and planning to bring wife with me.

I am on 200 p day contract. I get payslip every month but I only take 600 as my wage and after deducting 300 for expenses every month and corporate taxes, I take rest as Dividends every month. What proof's do I need to show for Tier1 Dependant w.r.t payslips??

I got my wife's dependent visa done recently but only in the second chance. Here are the full details. (@canon123: your question is answered below, but let me know if you have any questions). Hope this helps others as well.

1st application - Rejected:

Here is the checklist.

1. Passport
2. Covering letter
3. VAF10 (filled)
4. Invitation letter from main applicant
5. 2 photos (UK Visa type) of dependant
6. Marriage certificate
7. Marriage photos (a) With the crowd in background (b) In the church
8. Marriage Invitation card/letter
9. Tenancy agreement (main applicant’s accommodation in UK)
10. Utility bill – Council tax
11. No Objection Certificate from shared tenant (only if you’re sharing your apartment with anyone and his name is on the tenancy agreement)
12. 3 months bank statement
13. 3 Salary Slip
14. Dividend vouchers for last 3 months
15. Letter from Accountant
16. Company Registration Certificate (original)
17. Company share certificate
18. Copy of first page, last page, first entry visa, current visa (Tier 1) and the Copy of Tier 1 approval letter of the main applicant.
19. Proof of “Degree taught in Englishâ€
