TLS contact blocked me

Hey all,

I've created a new topic as this is specifically about tls. I was trying to book an appointment for my naturalisation biometrics, and it was pretty annoying, their time slots kept disappearing. That website feels like a scam . Then the site blocked me. I've tried with another browser, and my phone (phone internet, not wifi), but it keeps saying i'm blocked.

I'm not sure what to do. A search online shows its a common problem and people can stay blocked for weeks, and customer service is unhelpful. Wondering if anyone else has faced this, and how they resolved it?
any ideas would be really helpful. thanks !

Have you tried with an incognito browser window?

I had the same issue when trying to book a visa appointment with them. Try different combination of VPNs and browsers, it should help. Don't refresh their page too often, it will lead to ban again
