TLS Contact booking an appointment

Hi Everyone,

Just wondering if anyone else having an issue while trying to book an appointment on the TLS web page, everytime I select the center and the time, I can't continue for payment. The error of "There was an error in processing your request. Please try again later or contact our centre" is popping up all the time regardless of service type or centre.

Any ideas how to workaround this becuase I can see people are booking in the meantime, I am losing slots. I have already tried incognito mode as well as clearing my cache and browser history(chrome, firefox and Edge)

Unfortunately we are not aware of technical workarounds. Can you contact the centre directly?

Hi I have the same issue, I report since yesterday and no answers. I sent today a picture with this error in LinkedIn I hope I can book my appointment soon, my visa runs out today April 8th

If you applied for the visa you are OK for now - your rights are covered by section 3c. You do need to attend an appointment but you don't have to worry about your lawful immigration status.

Hi, I have the same issue, I have been trying to book an appointment for ILR showing same error since 7th April 2025 morning 9am to till now, I have tried in different PC's even asked solicitor to book appointment for me but no use same error what ever you do. Sadly there is contact number for TLS Connect customer support to call and discuss. Vary Frustrated and sent couple of messages. today is third day still waiting.
